I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Amendment No. 1 to
Agreement 4231 with Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG), for
the CVAG Multi-Agency Traffic Signal Cooperative Agreement City Project 95-06,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a
meeting thereof held on the 26th day of November, 2002.
