I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a Professional Services
Agreement between the City of Palm Springs and the County of Riverside
Economic Development Agency (EDA), in the amount of $21,000, in a form
acceptable to the City Attorney for a Business Visitation Program, was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 3`d day of July, 2002.
