I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, terminating Agreement 4226
between Desert Janitor Company and the City of Palm Springs for park restroom
maintenance and weekend trash removal in the downtown area at an annual cost
savings of $55,462.85, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 4th day of December, 2002.
