I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a Standard Form
Professional Services Agreement with SI Partners for special financial consulting
work related to the Airport's 1992 Revenue Bond Refinancing, was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held
on the 261h day of November, 2002.
