I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Franchise Amendment
No. 6 to the Palm Springs Disposal Services Agreement 3092, extending the
term of the agreement to June 30, 2003, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 261h day of
November, 2002.
