I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Amendment No. 1 to
Agreement 3281 with Verizon Wireless to allow the installation of a 40kw
emergency stand-by generator with an increase to the monthly rental payment
from $683 to $750, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California, in a meeting thereof held on the 26`h day of November, 2002.
