CONTRACT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$28,000.35, INCLUDING APPLICABLE
SALES TAX AND DELIVERY CHARGES.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the cooperative purchase
of one (1) E-350 CNG powered passenger van from Ramsey Street Ford,
Banning, CA, through a County of Riverside contract, in the amount of
$28,000.35, including applicable sales tax and delivery charges, was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held
on the 51h day of June, 2002,
