I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Close Out Change Order
No. 2 (subject to FAA approval) to Agreement 4363 with Bergelectric
Corporation, for additional equipment related to the emergency standby
generator, in the amount of $24,791, was adopted by the City Council of the City
of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 24r' day of April,
2002.
