I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a contract services
agreement with Dokken Engineering, in the amount of$421,500, for professional
environmental and engineering design services for the Indian Canyon Drive
street and bridge widening, City Project 01-11, was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 20°i day
of March, 2002.
