REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Amendment #1 to
Agreement No. 4378 with Ninyo & Moore for special inspection services related
to the expansion of the Airport Fire Station, in an amount not-to-exceed $20,000,
for a revised total contract amount of$40,000, was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 6th day of
February, 2002.
