PROJECT NO. AIP-3-06-0181-32, TO REQUEST
CASH DRAW DOWNS, ON THE LETTER OF
CREDIT, ONLY WHEN ACTUALLY NEEDED FOR
ITS DISBURSEMENTS AND TO TIMELY
REPORTING OF SUCH DISBURSEMENTS AS
REQUIRED. A04431
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing the City Manager to
execute Amendment No. 1 to grant agreement for Project No. AIP-3-06-0181-32,
to request cash draw downs, on the Letter of Credit, only when actually needed
for its disbursements and to timely reporting of such disbursements as required,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a
meeting thereof held on the 191h day of December, 2001.
