I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a purchase order
authorizing NEC° Business Network Solutions as sole source provider to provide
and install communication cabling for the Ground Transportation Center (GTC),
in an amount not to exceed $13,995.29, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 19`h day of
December, 2001.
