APPROVING A LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH
THE PALM SPRINGS FIRE SAFETY UNIT ("PSFSU")
FOR ENHANCED MILITARY LEAVE BENEFITS IN
SUPPORT OF THE RECENT DECLARATION OF
WAR ON TERRORISM.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a Letter of Agreement
with the Palm Springs Fire Safety Unit ("PSFSU") for enhanced military leave
benefits in support of the recent Declaration of War on Terrorism, was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 5th day of December, 2001.
