I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving purchase of maintenance
support for the Personality 2000 Human Resources and Payroll Information
Management System from High Line Corporation, Markham, Ontario, for an
additional one-year period (FY 2001/2002), not to exceed $15,286, including tax,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a
meeting thereof held on the 1"day of August, 2001,
