BUSINESS DISTRICT.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Amendment No. 1 to
Agreement No. 4372, with Pac West Land Care, Inc., in the amount of$579,425,
for parks landscape maintenance services and steam cleaning in the Downtown
Business District, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California, in a meeting thereof held on the 1st day of August, 2001.
