I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the purchase of a
manual/advisory defibrillator and related attachments from Zoll Medical
Corporation in the amount of $12,188.82, plus freight, was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the
2nd day of May, 2001.
