I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approval of Amendment#1 to Agreement
No. 4245, with Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc., in the amount of
$1,860, for a total contract amount of $13,065, for the East Palm Canyon/Gene Autry
Trail widening, City Project No. 92-36, was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 7`r day of March, 2001.
