I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing Amendment #1 to
Agreement No. 4209 with Consolidated Engineers & Constructors for Airport
engineering services by modifying the scope of services and schedule of
compensation, with no monetary impact, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 21st day of
February, 2001.
