I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving term extensions totaling
18 years for three separate leases comprising the Airport Park Plaza: agreements
2528, 2529 and 2626, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 2Id day of August, 2000.
