STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR A PERIOD
OF ONE YEAR FOR AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $60,000.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the purchase agreement
with Nalco Chemical at the same volume pricing and conditions extended to the
State of California for a period of one year for an amount not to exceed $60,000,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a
meeting thereof held on the 191h day of July, 2000.
