I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Agreement #4218 with
Coast Intelligen, Inc. for design, permitting, installation, operation and
maintenance of a distributed generation system for the Palm Springs Convention
Center, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in
a meeting thereof held on the 3`d day of May, 2000.
