I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding contract to 4-Con Engineering,
Inc., in the amount of $633,960.00 Schedule A and $239,821.35 Schedule B, for a
combined total of $873,781.35 for The Heritage Trail Bikeway and the; Missing Gaps
Sidewalks (Ph.2) Projects, City Project No. 93-49, was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 15th day of
March, 2000.
