I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Supplement (Takedown)
Number 5 to the Master Lease/Purchase Agreement with CaLease in an amount not to
exceed $800,000 to finance the purchase of police department vehicles, was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on
the 16th day of February, 2000.
