NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the purchase price of
$1,657.14 for Assessor's Parcel Number 522-240-007-4 by the Coachella Valley
Mountain Conservancy and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting
thereof held on the 19th day of January, 2000.
