FOR THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, FOR
A FIXED FEE OF $17,000 PLUS
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES NOT TO
EXCEED $8,500.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a Professional Services
Agreement with DMG-MAXIMUS, Mr. Norman Roberts, principal, for a nationwide
recruitment of a City Manager for the City of Palm Springs, for a fixed fee of$17,000
plus reimbursable expenses not to exceed $8,500, was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 4th day of
January, 2000.
