I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving an Assignment Of Lease and
Consent between the City of Palm Springs (`City"), AMR Combs, Inc. ("Lessee") and
Signature Flight Suppport Corporation ("Signature") and Signature Flight Support -
California, Inc. ("Assignee"), was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September, 1999.
