I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, award IFB 98-01 for palm tree trimming
at various locations in the City of Palm Springs to Desert View Arborists, on a unit
price basis of$16.00 per tree for removal of seed pods and $16.00 per tree for removal
of seed pods and fronds, for a projected total cost of$49,472, was approved by the City
Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 7th day
of July, 1999.
