I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the application for Tournament
Fee Waiver submitted by the Palm Springs Youth Center for a golf tournament on
Saturday, November 20, 1999, on the Resort Course at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting
thereof held on the 7th day of July, 1999.
