I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the purchase; and installation
of an Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) system for the Palm Springs
International Airport with XCL, in an amount not-to-exceed $238,000, was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held
on the 5th day of May, 1999.
