I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Change Order No. One to
Beylik Drilling, Inc., reducing the contract amount by $7,200 for the Demuth Park
Monitoring Well project, City ]Project 97-19, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March,
1999.
