I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, establishing U.S. Filter as the top
proposer in the Wastewater Treatment Privatization Request for Proposal #07-98, and
authorizing staff to undertake negotiations of an operation and maintenance service
contract, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in
a,meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March, 1999.
