I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding a contract to Sierra Pacific
Electrical Contracting in the amount of$110,668 for construction of a traffic signal at
Gene Autry Trail and Tachevah Drive, City Project No. 95-27, was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the
17th day of February, 1999.
