AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO
NEGOTIATE A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CITY
COUNCIL'S FUTURE APPROVAL.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, concurring with the ranking of Carollo
Engineers as the number one proposer for the Wastewater Treatment Rate Study,
solicited under RFP 06-99, and authorizing staff to negotiate a Professional Services
Contract for City Council's future approval, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of
February, 1999.
