THE BEGINNING OF THE CONTRACT, THE
BALANCE DUE TO CHANGES IN PARALLEL
WORK PERFORMED BY THE CONTRACTOR
FOR INSTALLING REMOTE CAMERAS IN
THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER, AND
INSTALLATION OF AN ADA COMPLIANT
AUTOMATED DOOR IN THE MAIN LOBBY
OF CITY HALL; TOTAL REVISED
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF
$334,782.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Change Order #4, in
the amount of$7,208, of which represents miscellaneous changes to the original
scope of work since the beginning of the contract, the balance due to changes in
parallel work performed by the contractor for installing remote cameras in the
City Council Chamber, and installation of an ADA compliant automated door in
the Main Lobby of City Hall, total revised construction contract amount of
$334,782, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California in a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of September, 1997.
