AUTHORIZING THE CIITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE_ A MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT WITH W. J. SCHAFER
ASSOCIATES, INC., CONCERNING THE
COOPERATIVE,OPERATION AND TESTING
OF LIGHT DUTY VEHICLES POWERED BY
FUEL CELLS FOR AIRPORT GROUND
SERVICE, SUBJECT TO A FINAL WORDING
APPROVAL BY THE CITY ATTORNEY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing the City Manager to execute
a Memorandum of Agreement with W. J. Schafer Associates, Inc., concerning the
cooperative operation and testing of light duty vehicles powered by fuel cells for Airport
ground services, subject to a final wording approval by the City Attorney, was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California in a meeting thereof held on
the 7th day of May, 1997.
