AGREEMENT BETWEEN NATIONAL CAR
RENTAL SYSTEM, INC. AND REPUBLIC
INDUSTRIES,INC.,IN A FORM APPROVED
BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, WITH
AUTHORITY GRANTED TO THE
DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, TO ACT AS
SIGNATORY AGENT FOR THE CITY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this:Minute Order, consenting to a share exchange agreement
between National Car Rental System, Inc. and Republic Industries, Inc., in a form
approved by the City Attorney, with authority granted to the Director, Department of
Transportation, to act as signatory agent for the City, was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Palm Springs, California in a meeting thereof held on the 5th day of
]February, 1997.
