I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding IFB 97-12 for furnishing and
delivering annual requirements of asphalt rubber crack sealant to Maxwell Products, Inc.,
Salt Lake City, UT, at the unit price of$0.191 cents per pound for an estimated 200,000
lbs for an estimated annual total of$41,160.50 (tax included), was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Palm Springs, California in a meeting thereof held on the 18th day
of December, 1996.
