ELECTRIC (PGE) AS THE CITY'S ENERGY
SERVICES PARTNER AND AUTHORIZING
NEGOTIATIONS TO FINALIZE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Portland General Electric(PGE)
as the City's Energy Services Partner and authorizing negotiations to finalize an
Agreement between the parties, was adopted by the City Council of 1he City of Palm
Springs, California in a meeting thereof held on the 4th day of December, 1996.
