I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding purchase of sixteen (16)
additional "Uptown" decorative; light fixtures to Delta Lighting Systems, Inc., in the
amount of $24,567, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California in a meeting thereof held on the 20th day of November, 19'96.
