RESIDENTIAL PILOT SOUND INSULATION
PROGRAM, IN AN AMOUNT OF $170,001,
SUBJECT TO FINAL WORDING APPROVED
BY THE CITY ATTORNEY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Contract Services Agreement
No. 3720, with Edward J. Gee and Associates for consulting services related to the Palm
Springs Regional Airport residential pilot sound insulation program, in an amount of
$170,001, subject to final wording approved by the City Attorney, was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California in a meeting thereof held on the
16th day of October, 1996.
