REQUIRED SERVICES: TOTAL REVISED
AGREEMENT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$304,000.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Amendment #3 to Contractual
Services Agreement #3577 with Duncan & Allen expanding the scope of services to
include the analysis and respoe to Southern California Edison's intervention in the
City's application for a wheelin order to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
(FERC), continued monitoring and assistance pending a FERC decision and authorizing
expenditure of an additional required services: total revised agreement amount not to
exceed $304,000, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California in a meeting thereof held on the 19th day of June, 1996.
