AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC BELL
MOBILE SERVICES TO ALLOW PACIFIC
BELL TO INSTALL COMMUNICATION
EQUIPMENT AT DEMUTH PARK.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing the City Manager to execute
a ground lease agreement with Pacific Bell Mobile Services to allow Pacific Bell to install
communication equipment at DeMuth Park, was adopted by the City Council of the City
of Palm Springs, California in a meeting thereof held on the 12th day of June, 1996.
