EQUIPMENT PURSUANT TO THE
NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION
ACT OF 1991 FOR CIVILIAN LAW
ENFORCEMENT COUNTER-DRUG
ACTIVITY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing the City Manager, or his
designee, to accept, on behalf of the City, excess military equipment pursuant to the
National Defense Authorization Act of 1991 for civilian law enforcement counter-drug
activity, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a
meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of April, 1996.
