I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Consruction Change Order No.
2 to Jacobsson Construction Engineering,Inc., for intersection improvements at Est Palm
Canyon Drive and Sunrise Way, City Project No. 92-35, was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day
of April, 1996.
