I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving short-listing of the thirty-six
(36)respondents to the City's Request for Qualifications(RFQ)03-96,Wholesale Electric
Power Supply, to sixteen (16), was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of January, 1996.
