I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a five-year contract for park
and parkway maintenance services with Landscape West (RFP 13-94), was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on
the 7th day of December, 1994.
