I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding previously emitted portions of
IFB 95-05 for grass seed to High Tech Irrigation of Palm Desert, CA, unit price award
of$.309 per pound for 44,900 pounds of annual rye grass seed and unit price award of
$.559 per pound for 12,600 pounds of perennial grass seed, total amount of$22,538.60,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting
thereof held on the 21st day of September, 1994.
