I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, rescinding Minute Orders No. 5380 and
5381 canceling the leasehold transaction between Carole Schutz and Tim Blixseth, was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 7th day of September, 1994.
