EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS
AND PALM SPRINGS SUNS
PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL CLUB, INC.
FOR USE OF PALM SPRINGS STADIUM.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing the City Manager to execute
a License Agreement between the City of Palm Springs and Palm Springs Suns
Professional Baseball Club, Inc. for use of Palm Springs Stadium, was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the
15th day of June, 1994.
