RECOMAENDATION:
That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 28907 for John Hacker and Associates
representing GoldenstW Enterprises, LLC, to divide property located at 3500 Ramon Road
East, Section 18, T 4 S, R 5 E.
BACKGROUND:
John Hacker and Associates representing Goldenstate Enterprises,LLC,requests that one(1)
parcel located at 3500 Ramon Road East, Section 18, T 4 S, R 5 B, be divided into eight(8)

At its meeting of November 12, 1998, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 28907 which was subsequently approved by the City Council,
subject to conditions, on December 16, 1998.
Easements for(a)additional 10 feet for street and public utility purposes along Raman Road
Bast, (b)energency vehicle and Public utility ingress and egress, and(c)a 12 foot wide strip
for landscape, sidewalk and bicycle path Pub are being offered and accepted by the City
by separate documents to be recorded prior to the map and referenced on the map.
It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied, that the Parcel Map No.
28907 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, and that the Parcel
Map No. 28907 is ready for City Council action.

RESOLUTION NO. 19709
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 28907 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3500 RAMON ROAD EAST,
SECTION 18, T 4 S, R 5 E
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 12, 1998 recommended
approval of Tentative Map No. 28907 requested by John Hacker and Associates representing
Goldenstate Enterprises, LLC for the above described property, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of December 16, 1998 approved Tentative Map No.
28907 subject to conditions; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds
that Parcel No. 28907 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 28907 and
has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to
all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does
hereby approve Parcel Map No. 28907 for property herein described.
ADOPT this 15th day of December 19 99 .
